Because each of our pieces are custom made using reclaimed textiles and the like, 

ALL SALES are FINAL and we do not accept returns or exchanges.  

Every item we create is one-of-a-kind, crafted from carefully sourced vintage and reclaimed materials.  This means variations in color, texture, and pattern are part of what makes your piece unique.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number.  We will do our best to make it right.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

As a small business focused on sustainability each item is custom-made and cannot be restocked.  We work with limited reclaimed materials and reducing returns helps minimize waste and environmental impact.
